I have no real desire for social interaction most of the time, but I also don’t want to be a douche so I fake being nice to strangers out of courtesy. (And it can be amusing to say hi and smile at someone who’s giving you the stink eye.)

I don’t like offending people who don’t deserve the animosity, but I find face-to-face social interaction really exhausting. I have to smile all the time so people don’t think I’m a dick when in reality my default expression and mood is just.. neutral. So I make myself appear happier than I am (not that I’m unhappy) so people don’t feel uncomfortable by my default scowl because I guess I’m just a nice person. I’m sensitive to negativity and don’t like hostility from people so it’s easier to put up a positive front so people are less likely to be a jerk to me.

Gñ! Well, I never thought it was so so bad x_D. Most of the time people think I’m a jerk or I’m way too arrogant to talk to them… while in my insides I’m terrified. I’ve gotten literally sick just by thought of having to travel and reunite with unknown people all by myself. 
My friends won’t think I’m like that, cause when I’m among them I’m open and funny and shameless.
